RATIONALE: remove soc.religion.shamanism

As described by Doug Freyburger:

About a year ago I asked you [Tim] to stop e-mail to the admin
address. There had never been a message to the admin address other
than spam since I started receiving copies. Instead you stopped
posts to the group and left the admin mailing list active. No one
commented to the admin address and to this day there has been no
traffic but spam to the admin address.

If there had been one non-troll non-spammer message to the admin
address I would have requested that you reactivate the group as that
had been the intent behind my original request. It has not happened
in the last year since the group was turned off.

The current moderators have agreed that it is not worth salvaging. We
propose to remove the group.

HISTORY:

soc.religion.shamanism was originally created in October 1993. In
January 2007, the moderator position was reassigned to a robo-moderator
