RATIONALE: remove soc.religion.vaishnava

The newsgroup soc.religion.vaishnava has not had any approved messages
since March 1998. After its creation in 1996, the group was active
for slightly over 2 years. It has been inactive for the past 9 years.

Conceivably, the group could be converted to an unmoderated status.
But one of the reasons for moderation in the first place was to block

was robomoderated, with provisions against cross-posting; more than 4

The newsgroup soc.religion.vaishnava was created in January 1996. It
was active for slightly over 2 years, until March 1998.

In August 1999, a proposal was made to create
soc.religion.vaishnava.dvaita. Part of the rationale for the proposed
group, was the inactivity of soc.religion.vaishnava and
soc.religion.hindu. The proposal for the new group failed for lack of
support (90:38).
