RATIONALE: Remove comp.sources.acorn The last approved message was in August 1999. There are other more suitable means of distributing program sources, so comp.sources.acorn is not a suitable candidate for conversion to an unmoderated newsgroup. HISTORY: The newsgroup comp.sources.acorn was created in March 1991, with the first approved message in March. The charter (from the CFV) was: comp.sources.acorn moderated distribution of sources for Acorn machines. To this end, the followup header of this RFD has been set to news.groups. All discussion of active proposals should be posted to news.groups. If desired by the readership of closely affected groups, the discussion may be crossposted to those groups, but care must be taken to ensure that all discussion appears in news.groups as well.
