: On 2026-10-08 RL pinged Terje about the status of his STUMP configuration. Awaiting response. - rec.arts.anime.creative : On 2026-10-01 ISC updated the moderated newsgroup aliases for the new moderator. RL to inform the new moderator and tell him that we will vouch for him if necessary to obtain permission from his news provider to post messages with Approved headers.

- Still awaiting response from JE about his proposal to retroactively resign from the Board. Agreed to accept his resignation at the next meeting if we do not hear back by then.
- On 2026-10-08 RL replied to moderator of r/ClassicUsenet re their request for help in recruiting additional moderators.
- RL submitted web hosting expenses for approval on Open Collective. TM reported that he didn't receive any notification of this. TM to check the notification issue, and also review and approve the expenses.
- Time zone of meeting: Manitoba is moving to permanent DST effective immediately, so it was agreed that starting 2026-10-29 meetings would be held at 19:00 UTC (14:00 CDT; 19:00 GMT; 20:00 CET).
