: RL has re-familiarised himself with where the STUMP setup process previously got to. - misc.taxes.moderated : Response from Jonathan Kamens noting that he is no longer responsible for hosting the asktax.org domain, and giving a contact address for the last known moderator. MM reports that the moderator is no longer interested and there should therefore now be an RFD to decide what to do with the group.
