- TM had proposed by e-mail some additions to RL's draft LCC, which RL and MM had accepted by e-mail. TM to post the LCC with the additions and inform the other Board members by e-mail.
- Julien Élie's RFDs on reorganizing of the talk.* and news.* hierarchies
- Further discussion noted. Agreed to revisit the matter after the comp.unix.* business has concluded.

- RL had written by e-mail that he could no longer make the Board's usual Friday meetings, and proposed some different time slots. By e-mail MM and TM fixed the new meeting time for Thursdays at 14:00 Central Time (currently CDT), with the first such meeting to take place on 2026-03-26.
