- TM or RL still to prepare the LCC as and when time permits; anyone who starts on this should e-mail the Board so as to avoid duplication of effort.
- Julien Élie's RFDs on reorganizing of the talk.* and news.* hierarchies
- MM reported that one post to news.groups.proposals from carnet.hr was rejected due to missing rDNS. He contacted the postmaster/hostmaster to report the issue.
- Discussion is ongoing. Agreed to let these continue.

- On 2026-02-01 the Board's e-mail account received a flurry of error messages from the cron job that checks our STUMP queues, indicating invalid queue names. The problem seems to have resolved itself after a few hours, possibly indicating a transient issue with the disk. The error messages have been archived for analysis/reporting in case the problem recurs.
- Misc
- Last week's meeting had been cancelled on short notice due to TM's and RL's unavailability.
- Agreed to cancel next week's meeting as well due to TM's unavailability.
