- Julien Élie has, on his own initiative, posted two informal RFDs to news.groups.proposals
concerning reorganization of the talk.* and news.* hierarchies. Agreed that we would let these discussions run their course and then make ourselves available to Julien should he want any help in posting more formal proposals. - Infrastructure
- RL changed the backup script so that it reports monthly rather than daily.
