. - RL posted the 2nd RFDs on 2025-11-15, which has attracted a comment in news.groups and an ongoing discussion in news.groups.proposals . Agreed to let the discussions run for now before taking any further action.

- RL deployed the new signing key for news.groups.proposals on 2025-11-24 and announced the changeover on the group. So far everything seems to be working and there have been no reports of issues.
