- RL added the new key to the news.groups.proposals wiki page. RL still to update our STUMP instance to sign posts with both keys (for the next six months at least) and announce the changeover on news.groups.proposals . We can stop signing with the old key after six months.

- The draft RFD still needs "History of the group" sections for each of the five groups, with information gleaned from the ISC archives, an should also be split into three separate RFDs to facilitate cross-posting and archiving the announcements. TM can do this in August; MM or RL could do this earlier if they have time.
