- TM reported that the 2nd RFD for changes to news.groups.proposals
has been posted; a few more comments have been received. The meeting agreed that TM could post the LCC when appropriate. - TM reported that he hasn't yet heard from or contacted Salahuddin, but will write to him soon.

- Publicity/outreach
- The meeting agreed that 12, 19, or 26 August would be best for a meeting with the other hierarchy admins. JE to get in touch with them to schedule something mutually convenient.
- JE reported that he delivered his five-minute presentation on the Board at SuseCon. JE will put it on the Board's YouTube channel if SuseCon doesn't put it on theirs.
- Misc
- TM will be away on 1 July and 5 August; JE will be away on 22 and 29 July. It was agreed not to hold meetings on these days, except in case of urgent business.
