- Starting on 21 August, comp.ai
has been experiencing a flood of hundreds of binary articles with randomized Subject and From lines. STUMP's blocking mechanism is ineffective for this, so TM added a rule to .procmailrc that sends the submissions to /dev/null. The articles appear to originate from Newsgroup Ninja. An abuse report sent to the e-mail address in the article headers bounced. TM sent another abuse report to the provider's support address but has not received a reply.
