- rec.arts.anime.creative : On 2026-10-01 ISC updated the moderated newsgroup aliases for the new moderator. On 2026-10-15 RL informed the new moderator that ISC updated the moderated newsgroup aliases, and told him that we will vouch for him if necessary to obtain permission from his news provider to post messages with Approved headers. Awaiting reply.

- E-mail from domain registrar asking us to confirm contact details. RL logged into our account and will update the contact and billing details. Domain is due for renewal on 13 March 2027; RL to compare prices in case we want to switch registrars.
- Misc
- No further communication from JE. The Board agreed to accept his resignation, retroactive to the end of February 2026. TM to send JE an e-mail confirming this and thanking him for his service.
- TM confirmed he received no e-mail notification of RL's expense claim and will check the Postfix logs to see if they offer any insight. In the meantime TM logged into Open Collective and approved RL's expense claim.
- Response from the moderator of r/ClassicUsenet accepting our offer to issue a call on our social media accounts for additional moderators.
- TM gave advance apologies for the meeting on 2026-11-05.
