: RL emailed the prospective moderator again on 2026-05-21. - misc.taxes.moderated : Response from the moderator expressing willingness to set up a moderation system. At MM's suggestion, RL wrote back on 2026-05-18 with a description of what would be needed to set up WebSTUMP on a Panix account, and offering to help with this. No response so far; RL to write again. MM also suggested offering to host WebSTUMP for him.
