- Due to other commitments, TM was unable to post the LCC with a summary of the discussion so far. Agreed that any of TM, RL, or MM could start preparing the LCC as and when time permits; anyone who starts on this should e-mail the Board so as to avoid duplication of effort.
- Julien Élie's RFDs on reorganizing of the talk.* and news.* hierarchies
- Discussion is ongoing. Agreed to let these continue.

- RL changed the backup script again; now it reports monthly rather than daily and e-mails us reports of errors as they occur.
