- New signing key for news.groups.proposals
- Julien Elie noted that Tim Skirvin runs (or used to run) a bot that checks various moderated groups for forged posts, including news.groups.proposals. RL contacted Tim, who replied to say that he no longer monitors the group for forgeries.
