- New signing key for news.groups.proposals
- RL discovered that PGPmoose probably won't tolerate signing with two keys, so we will have to simply switch from the old key to the new key without any period where we use both.
- RL tried posting an announcement of the impending switch to the new signing key, but the post was rejected. RL to investigate this and try re-posting. TM suggested the announcement give 30 days' notice.
- New signing key for news.groups.proposals
