- RL is continuing to investigate the process for changing the signing key for news.groups.proposals. TM noted that Russ Allbery's Big-8 page indicates that the news.announce.newgroups signing key is "old and weak" and that any replacement would be announced on the group and on Russ's page, so it's probably sufficient for us to announce the new news.groups.proposals key on the group. RL to continue with the key replacement.
- Unused comp.unix.* groups
- MM had asked for advice on what group history information to include in the RFDs. It was agreed that including a detailed timeline of RFDs and CFVs probably wasn't necessary; it would be sufficient to give only the final RFDs that led to the creation or any significant changes to the groups. MM to continue preparing the RFDs and circulate drafts by e-mail.
