Administration
- Initial RFD for comp.infosystems.gemini has been discussed and positively received
- JE to post a final RFD per the procedure at Final RFD / Last Call for Comments
Infrastructure
- Problems with news.groups.proposals
  - One of the proponents for the above-noted RFD reported that a post to news.groups.proposals was not showing up.
  - The meeting investigated the problem and discovered pending messages in the STUMP moderation system (administered by Jonathan Kamens) about which the moderators had not been notified.
  - TM approved the pending messages (some of which dated back to January 2021) and will post an explanation on the newsgroup.
  - TM to write to JK about the notification problem.
  - RL to log into the ngp STUMP to check for pending messages at least once per day until the notification issue is resolved.
