23 groups will be removed<br />

The Last Call for Comments (LCC) on 2011-08-16 initiated a five-day<br />
period for final comments. Following this comment period, the Big-8<br />
Management Board has decided by vote to remove the 23 moderated<br />
groups listed below.<br />

RATIONALE: <br />
<br />
The newsgroups listed below were chosen because they have had no on-topic<br />
traffic for years. Moderator Vacancy Investigations (MVIs) were posted for<br />
these groups between May 29 and June 17, 2011. The MVIs precipitated no<br />
interest in retaining the newsgroups.<br />
