RATIONALE: remove misc.news.bosnia<br />
<br />
The last approved message was in May 1998.<br />
<br />
Since the 1990s, development of the Internet and World Wide Web have opened up<br />
direct access to news sources in Bosnia and southeastern Europe in general so<br />
that a newsgroup is no longer the most efficient means of news distribution. In<br />
addition, it may be impossible to have a moderator who is considered neutral,<br />
and there may be copyright issues with regard to distribution of news articles<br />
published in other media.<br />
