*** One of the proponents for the above-noted RFD reported that a post to [[news.groups.proposals]] was not showing up.
*** The meeting investigated the problem and discovered pending messages in the STUMP moderation system (administered by Jonathan Kamens) about which the moderators had not been notified.
*** TM approved the pending messages (some of which dated back to January 2021) and will post an explanation on the newsgroup.
*** TM to write to JK about the notification problem.
*** RL to log into the ngp STUMP to check for pending messages at least once per day until the notification issue is resolved.
